Your data and POPIA rights

Any user can export a copy of their own account data — the readings they've captured and the activity they've caused — from Settings → My Account. From the same page you can request account deletion; this is reviewed by an org admin rather than actioned instantly, since deleting a user with historical readings attributed to them needs a deliberate decision about what happens to that data.
