Every reading is captured against a named person, on a schedule you define. Values that fall outside an expected range are flagged the moment they're recorded, and readings that should reconcile against each other — a dispensed total against a tank dip, a pump meter against a reservoir level — are checked automatically. Exceptions surface on their own, not weeks later during a manual review.
